We do three things in Columbia, MO and the rest of Mid-Missouri: demolition, concrete, and the site work that finishes both. Every job runs under one contract with one point of contact, a fixed price for mobilization, equipment and crew, and disposal billed as a pass-through at actual loads and tonnage. Structural teardowns are the core of the business. Houses, garages, barns, mobile homes and light commercial buildings come down with the 2019 Cat 308, get sorted and hauled, and the site is left backfilled and graded. Interior and selective demolition strips a building back to the studs or removes one section while the rest stays standing. Permits, utility disconnects and the Missouri DNR asbestos inspection are coordinated before the first wall moves.
Concrete removal is breaking out and hauling off slabs, driveways, sidewalks, parking lots and foundations, from 4-inch residential flatwork to 8-inch reinforced commercial lots. When you want the surface back, our concrete crew pours the replacement under our contract and our warranty. Asphalt replacement is offered on lots and drives where it makes more sense than concrete.
Site work is the second half of a demolition or concrete job, not a stand-alone trade. Basements and foundation holes are backfilled in compacted lifts, lots are rough and final graded to drain away from what is left standing, and the ground is seeded and strawed or graveled. On larger projects we also build pads for new homes and shops and put in gravel drives and lots.

No. We stopped taking land clearing work in 2026 to focus on demolition and concrete. Clearing brush, trees and fence lines is a different trade with different equipment, and doing it on the side meant doing it worse than the crews who do it every day. If your project is a teardown on a lot that also needs some trees out of the way of the excavator, we handle what is in the work zone as part of the demolition. If the whole job is clearing acreage, we are not the right call and will say so on the phone.
It depends on what small means. A shed, a deck, a patio slab or a short driveway is a normal job for us and gets the same site visit and written price as a house. What we don't take is work that costs more to mobilize to than it is worth: patching a few feet of sidewalk, leveling one low spot in a yard, or hauling a single load of debris someone else tore out. If you are not sure, call and describe it. We will tell you straight whether it makes sense for us to come out.
We are based in Columbia and work within about 45 minutes of it: Columbia, Jefferson City, Fulton, Moberly, Fayette, Boonville, Ashland and the smaller towns and rural properties in between, across Boone, Callaway, Cole, Audrain, Howard, Cooper, Randolph and Moniteau counties. Mobilization is built into the fixed price, so there is no separate trip charge. A job at the far edge of that circle needs to be large enough to justify moving the excavator; a full teardown in Moberly makes sense, a single patio slab probably does not.
